BOCA TEAMWEAR sends all orders under 2kg via RoyalMail 1st class. Orders over 2kg are sent via ParcelForce on 24hr delivery.

European and Overseas orders 
Due to the various criteria such as size, weight and destination address which affect the cost of shipping to mainland Europe and overseas countries, BOCA TEAMWEAR will follow up all orders to notify customers of shipping costs. 
Only once we receive an order can we evaluate the price of shipping to a customers address. 
BOCA TEAMWEAR work hard to ensure that your orders are despatched as soon as possible. 
Non-printed or non-embroidered goods are despatched for delivery within 5-10 days from the day the order is placed. 
Our printing or embroidery service will obviously add additional time which will be subject to the size of the order and availability of suitable artwork (see Printing & Embroidery). This will be communicated to you as soon as we have recieved all the relevant information and files from you. Delays may be unavoidable at times due to circumstances beyond our control and we will do everything possible to advise you of revised delivery schedules as appropriate. 
Please ensure that the delivery address can accept and sign for delivery between 8am and 6pm. If deliveries are left without signature we cannot accept liability. 
BOCA TEAMWEAR cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit. 
The BOCA TEAMWEAR team will always try to get all orders despatched within the schedule which is provided on your confirmation email after 
an order is recieved. However, this may not always be possible, for reasons such as: 
Products out of stock 
In this unlikely event, we will contact you within 48 hours to advise when replenished stocks will become available again. If this is unacceptable, we will of course offer an alternative product or a full refund. 
Credit card checks 
On occasion we may need to make additional checks on your credit card - this might delay your order. 
Garments, boots or gloves with names or numbers added may take an extra few days to despatch. 
Our suppliers 
If a product is in extremely high demand we may need to re-order it from our suppliers. The number of days that this process will take will be quoted on an email within 48 hours of you placing your order.If there is any problem fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately. 
While every effort is made to ensure that products, images, prices, colours and personalisation options are correct at the time of being posted on the BOCA TEAMWEAR web site, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, personalisation or product changes. All colours are approximate.

Online payments are administered by the widely respected secure internet gateway payment system SagePay (formerly Protx). 
Cheques or postal orders (made payable to BOCA TEAMWEAR) are acceptable but orders should be placed by phone with our sales team. An order number will be issued for you to send with your payment. Goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared our bank account. 
All prices advertised on the BOCA TEAMWEAR website show total gross prices as well as providing the appropriate VAT levy. In order for our system to determine that you are VAT exempt you must select Channel Islands rather than United Kingdom from the dropdown list of countries. In the unlikely event you have been charged VAT when you are exempt please contact a member of our customer service team. 
As an Exclusive Joma Specialist, BOCA TEAMWEAR offer our customers the best possible prices directly from the manufacturer. However, there may be times when our competitors are offering extremely attractive prices for a variety of reasons. Please contact us if you find the same product available at a better price and we will do our best to match it. 
BOCA TEAMWEAR will often agree to negotiate with clubs who wish to place larger orders on an individual basis and not through the website.This is entirely at BOCA TEAMWEAR discretion and does not affect the same high standards we offer to all of our other customers.

We do NOT accept payments or sensitive information by fax/email. This is due to the obvious security issues with supplying personal details in this manor. 
We will certainly accept initial enquiries this way but the final order must be processed on our secure website or over the phone with a member of our sales team.
