The information, prices and images presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. Due to the inconsistency of colour accuracy on computer monitors, colour tones and shades may not be exact to the product.
Cancellations and changes to your order
BOCA TEAMWEAR will process your order within 48 hours of you placing it on the website and in most cases sooner. Unless we receive notification from you before we process your order, we CANNOT cancel, add, remove or change it in any way.
To cancel or change an order, please contact a member of our customer services team as soon as possible. We recommend you contact us by a phone call initially and follow it up with an email should your order NOT yet have been processed. Due to a large amount of incoming email, sole reliance upon this method of contacting us may result in a delay which prevents any opportunity of cancellation or changes being made. If we can cancel your order, we will do so and issue a confirmation email which you should retain.
Please make sure that you check your order thoroughly before confirming it on the website.
Only faulty goods which arrive in a state not suitable for purpose, will be accepted for a refund or exchange.
In this unlikely event, please return the faulty goods in the same condition as when they arrived, unused and with all packaging and tags intact. This must be within 28 days of purchase to qualify for either a refund or exchange. If goods are deemed faulty and we do not have your first choice of exchange or replacement, we will of course offer a full refund.

We strongly advise you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods to us (check which is appropriate with carrier). We cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged in transit on the way back to us.
Once your order has been exchanged or refunded you will receive an email confirmation. However, please make sure you provide a valid email address and add our address to your favourites/contact/non-spam list.
We usually deal with returns within 7 - 10 working days but this may take longer at busy times of the year. Your statutory rights are not affected.
BOCA TEAMWEAR will advise customers of goods which are out of stock as soon as an order has been accepted. This is a very rare occurrence due to the vast stock holding of our suppliers.
In this unlikely event, we will contact you within 48 hours to advise when replenished stocks will become available again. If this is unacceptable, we will of course offer an exchange or a full refund.
Payments and prices
Payment methods available on internet orders are:
Visa Credit/Visa Debit/Electron/Mastercard/American Express/Switch / Maestro/Solo
Cheques or postal orders (made payable to Boca Teamwear) are acceptable but orders should be placed by phone with our sales team. An order number will be issued for you to send with your payment. Goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared our bank account.
All prices advertised on the BOCA TEAMWEAR website do NOT include VAT. VAT at the current rate will be applied once you reach the checkout. In order for our system to determine that you are VAT exempt you must select Channel Islands rather than United Kingdom from the dropdown list of countries. In the unlikely event you have been charged VAT when you are exempt please contact a member of our customer service team.
As an Exclusive Joma Specialist, BOCA TEAMWEAR offer our customers the best possible prices directly from the manufacturer. However, there may be times when our competitors are offering extremely attractive prices for a variety of reasons. Please contact us if you find the same product available at a better price and we will do our best to match it.
Delivery times and prices
Non-printed or non-embroidered goods are despatched for delivery within 7-10 days from the day the order is placed. Our printing or embroidery service will add additional time which will be subject to the size of the order and availability of suitable artwork. Small orders which require printing or embroidery will take up to 15 working days. However, delays may be unavoidable at times due to circumstances beyond our control and we will do everything possible to advise you of revised delivery schedules as appropriate.
Orders up to £150 are charged a £10.00 delivery fee.
Orders over £150 are delivered free of charge.
Please ensure that the delivery address can accept and sign for delivery between 8am and 6pm. If deliveries are left without signature we cannot accept liability.
BOCA TEAMWEAR will often agree to negotiate with clubs who wish to place larger orders on an individual basis and not through the website. This is entirely at BOCA TEAMWEAR'S discretion and does not affect the same high standards we offer to all of our other customers.
In order to benefit from discounted prices advertised on the website, orders MUST be received online and not via any other method.
Garment printing and embroideries
BOCA TEAMWEAR offer a full professional garment decoration service which includes printing and embroidery.
However, please note that our garment printing service is available only via telephone or email orders, or as a follow up service to orders submitted online. When you are making your order online, there will be an option to check a box which instructs us to contact you about your full requirements. This will then be handled via phone or email.
Alternatively, please contact a member of our teamwear sales team to discuss your individual football garment printing and personalisation requirements. Or send us an email instructing us of your full requirements and we will contact you straight back.

If you send us your artwork on disc or via email please ensure that the files are supplied in a Mac or PC drawing package, ideally Adobe Illustrator with the suffix .ai, EPS or PDF format. Please also ensure that all colour references are supplied. This may include Pantone colour references which will enable us to match the colours of your existing club crest or sponsors logos.
All text must be converted to curves if not supplying fonts.
Please check your goods carefully upon delivery before carrying out printing/embroidery via a thrid party supplier. BOCA TEAMWEAR are unable to exchange goods or accept responsibility for incorrect product deliveries after customisation by sources other than BOCA TEAMWEAR.
BOCA TEAMWEAR is unable to offer advice on the application of decorative products other than those it supplies and will not accept liability for any damage and/or discolouration attributed to decorative products.
If artwork is supplied in any of the acceptable file formats listed opposite, we do NOT charge any additional fees over and above the standard set-up fee (£20.00). If any artwork is supplied in a format other than mentioned above and does not meet our minimum requirements, an hourly artwork fee will be charged for turning the supplied artwork into a usable format for our process. Samples of your logos are sent for approval before garments are printed.
Standard set-up charge - a one off fee of £20.00
Once set-up, the design is stored on our database, meaning that next season you would not incur this cost again – as the template is already in place.
BOCA TEAMWEAR keeps your name, address, email and records of previous orders on file. We do this in order to keep you informed of future offers.
